Shipping varies depending on weight and volume of the package and shipping speed.

We currently use USPS for all our orders.

Currently, we only deliver within the US.
Tracking & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping usually happens within 2-3 days for all custom orders, since these items are hand crafted. Basic Kawaii Chains will ship the same or next business day, dependent on availability.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the request is sent prior to the shipping label being created, yes the address can be changed.
How can I track my order?
Orders generate a tracking number once the label is created, this will be automatically sent to you and you will be able to track through the carrier website.
How do I know if I have received my complete order?
All orders come with an invoice to verify products that arrive in the shipment.
